How do I choose a shade?

Look at your mid-lengths and ends in natural daylight and pick the closest match. Screens can change how colours look, so if you are between two shades, send us a photo and we will help you match.

Which length or weight should I choose?

Each product page lists the length, weight and number of pieces. For a natural blend on shoulder-length hair, most clients choose 50 to 65 cm. For extra volume or very thick hair, choose a heavier set or two packs.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all seven Emirates. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and costs AED 25. It is free on orders of AED 200 or more.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash on delivery. Card and Apple Pay payments will be added soon.

Can I return or exchange extensions?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the set is unopened with its seal intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn extensions cannot be returned. Faulty or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded. See our Returns and Refunds policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.
