Returns and Refunds

Returns, with clarity.

Returns at a glance

  • Unopened sets with the seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened, worn, washed, cut, coloured or styled extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your extensions must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals, tags and clips attached. Please check the shade and length of your set against the product photos before opening it. Once a sealed pack is opened, it cannot be returned.

Final sale items

Hair care products, brushes, accessories and items bought on sale or with a discount code of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty.

Exchanges

Unopened sets can be exchanged for a different shade, length or weight within 14 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will collect the item at no cost to you and send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery charges.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and arrange a courier collection or give you a drop-off address.
  3. Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 3 business days.

Return delivery costs

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, a collection fee of AED 25 is deducted from your refund. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Returns of faulty or incorrect items are free.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. Card payments are refunded to the original card. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders that have already been dispatched follow the return rules above.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.
