This website, narimanbeauty.com, is operated by Nariman Beauty, Al Zahiyah Street, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our hair extensions are made from natural hair, so each set can vary slightly in tone and texture. We photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible, but colours can look different on different screens. If you are unsure about a shade, contact us before ordering.

Prices

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We may change prices and promotions at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your delivery details. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we cannot confirm your details. If we cancel, we will let you know and refund any payment made.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. Card payments will be available soon. Please have the order amount ready when your delivery arrives. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders being declined.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn extensions cannot be returned.

Use of extensions

Hair extensions should be fitted, maintained and removed following the product instructions or by a qualified stylist. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, chemical treatments, colouring or heat styling that does not follow our care guidance.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photos, videos, text and logos, belongs to Nariman Beauty and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
