Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery times and charges

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
• Delivery charge: AED 25
• Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or after 6 pm are processed on the next business day. Delivery may take longer during public holidays and sale periods.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and a shipping update when your order is on its way. Our courier may call you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct.

Cash on delivery

Please have the order amount ready when the courier arrives. If you are not available, the courier will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or no answer after two delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An extra delivery charge of AED 25 may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
